What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items before they are available in stock. This ensures you secure your favorite styles and size after they sell out.

Shipping Date

• The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page of each pre-order item.
• Please note that this is an estimated date, and while we strive to meet it, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to reserve your item.

Cancellations & Changes

• Pre-orders can only be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Policy

• Pre-orders will be shipped via the shipping method selected at checkout.
• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship first, and the pre-order items will ship separately when ready.

Returns & Exchanges

• Pre-order items are eligible for our standard return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return, exchange, or request store credit.
